Our extra virgin olive oil is 100% fresh nature olive juices with low acidity and 100% Italian! We only using the first press without chemicals nor heat to retain the natural vitamins and nutrition.
Our extra virgin olive oil use only olives that harvested directly from our own trees and never come in contact with the ground.
To ensure the freshness and quality, our extra virgin olive oil processed within 24 hours after harvested.
After pressing each year in November, we offer our customers new season extra virgin olive oil. Every can/bottle of our olive oil indicate our log and the harvest year. To guarantee a fresh product, our olive oil has 12 -18 months shelf life.
To preserve the excellent properties of the oil , all of our oils are kept in stainless steel containers until they are purchased and bottled for our customers. Oils will be filled in aluminum can and dark colored bottles to protect the oil from heat, light and air and prevent oxidation.
